Welcome to Gastrotricha
Gastrotricha is a phylum of exclusively microscopic (0.1mm -3mm long), vermiform invertebrates with a worldwide distribution in all oceans, seas and inland water bodies. This website will be the future home of Gastrotricha where participants can edit and maintain their classification, upload images, maintain bibliographic resources, among other activities. Maintenance of this wesbite and the collection and upload of new taxonomic information is supported through an NSF award (DEB-0918499) to Dr. Rick Hochberg.
